Geolity quickstart guide

Your first report begins with a website. Geolity carries that website from the homepage through sign-in and Quick report generation, so you can get from a URL to actionable AI visibility findings with minimal setup.

The quickstart flow

This is the standard path for creating a first report. If you are already signed in, Geolity skips the sign-in step and takes you straight to the Quick flow.

  1. Enter your website

On the homepage, enter the public website for the brand you want to analyze and choose Analyze free.

  2. Sign in to continue

New visitors sign in or create an account. Geolity remembers the website you entered and returns you to the report flow.

  3. Quick flow starts

The workspace opens in Quick mode with your website prefilled, then starts generating your report automatically.

  4. Review the report

When the scan completes, review your diagnosis, the evidence behind every result, and a prioritized action plan.

1. Start from the homepage

Enter a public brand website in the homepage analysis form. Geolity checks that the address is a valid public URL before continuing. Choose Analyze free to start.

Tip: Use the company's main website, such as yourbrand.com, rather than a social profile or a private URL.

2. Sign in, then continue in Quick mode

For a new visitor, Geolity opens the sign-in page and preserves the website you entered. Once authentication succeeds, it redirects to the workspace with Quick mode enabled and the website already filled in.

You do not need to enter the website a second time. The return path includes the original website and the instruction to automatically begin the report.

How Geolity creates the report

The free report is based on live AI answers, not a generic website checklist. Geolity starts from the brand you provide, models the people and questions that matter to that business, and then measures what AI actually says.

  1. 01

    Understand the brand

Geolity reads the public website and builds a working brand profile from its name, industry, products or services, positioning, and likely audience.

  2. 02

    Model real buyer questions

It derives the most relevant topic directions, distributes them across audience types and buying scenarios, then writes natural-language prompts that resemble the questions real people ask.

  3. 03

    Ask live AI engines

Those prompts are submitted to ChatGPT and the other AI engines enabled for the report. The analysis uses the engines’ real responses rather than estimating what they might say.

  4. 04

    Break down every answer

Each response is classified as Recommended, Mentioned, or Not Visible. Geolity also extracts competitors, supporting citations, sources, and the evidence behind the result.

  5. 05

    Build an actionable report

The results are combined into a diagnosis, question-level evidence, and a prioritized action plan so you can see what buyers encounter and what to improve first.

Why this matters: the report reflects what a prospective customer can encounter today when asking AI about your category, rather than relying only on your own website copy.

What the final report shows

The report follows three acts: diagnose your current position, show the evidence behind it, and recommend what to fix first.

Visibility Score

A 0–100 score that weights AI recommendations and brand mentions across the analyzed buyer questions.

Category Rank

Your position against brands automatically detected in the same AI answers.

AI Visibility Rate

How often the brand is recommended or mentioned, including the underlying counts.

Diagnostic breakdowns

Compare overall performance by buyer scenario, AI engine, and product when product data is available.

The diagnosis also includes a category leaderboard made from brands automatically detected in the answers, plus an insight for each available breakdown.

Evidence behind every result

The evidence section shows the buyer question, its buying scenario, and whether the brand was Recommended, Mentioned, or Not Visible. You can compare the result by AI engine and expand a question to inspect the raw answers and cited sources.

  • Buyer question and scenario
  • Result from each AI engine
  • Raw AI answer
  • Citations and source domains

A prioritized action plan

The last act turns the diagnosis into High, Medium, and Low priority actions. Each recommendation explains the issue and gives your team a practical first step for improving future AI answers.

Use the first report as your baseline. Re-running the same buyer prompts later makes changes in visibility, rank, answers, and citations measurable.

7-day Standard trial

Keep exploring after your first report

Eligible new users can activate a one-time 7-day Standard trial. The trial includes 40 buyer prompts across 3 AI models — 120 real queries — and lets you experience weekly report refreshes during the trial period.

To keep refreshing reports after the trial, monitor score and rank movement, follow citation changes, or unlock deeper competitor and optimization capabilities, choose a paid subscription.
