Configure ongoing brand tracking
A free report gives you a baseline. Trial or paid access lets you save the main brand, choose the prompts that matter, and reuse those settings for weekly reports.

Baseline
Free snapshot
Create a one-time baseline report for one brand website. The snapshot does not refresh automatically.
Try first
7-day Standard trial
Eligible new users can try Standard coverage for one main domain, including saved settings and weekly report refresh during the trial.
Continue
Paid membership
Keep weekly tracking active after the trial. Higher plans increase prompt capacity and can add managed competitor slots.
Trial and membership
During the 7-day trial
Configure one main domain, review and save up to 40 prompts, and use the saved configuration for Standard weekly tracking while the trial is active.
After the trial
Choose a paid plan to keep scheduled reports running. Standard tracks the main domain; Pro adds one competitor slot; Max supports up to five competitor slots and a larger prompt allowance.
Set up weekly tracking
- 1
Open Settings
Use the workspace brand selector to open the Settings page for your main domain.
- 2
Confirm the main brand
Check the saved brand name and public website. The main domain is the owned brand used for weekly reporting.
- 3
Review topics and prompts
Select the questions you want future reports to rerun, then save the settings.
- 4
Keep membership active
While trial or paid access is active, the saved main domain is included in scheduled weekly reporting.
- 5
Compare each refresh
Use the same prompt set to track movement in visibility, category rank, AI answers, and cited sources.
What settings affect
- Saved settings apply to the next scheduled report; they do not rewrite a report that has already completed.
- Changing the main URL or regenerating prompts uses the plan’s shared profile-regeneration allowance.
- Competitor URL management requires Pro or Max. Historical competitor reports can remain visible even when the current plan cannot manage that slot.
- Prompt and competitor limits depend on the active trial or membership plan.
