Plans, limits & trial FAQ
Understand what your trial includes, what remains available after it ends, and how plan limits affect monitoring.
7-day trial
Eligible new users can start one 7-day Standard trial. The trial gives you access to Standard-level report generation and monitoring so you can create a first report and evaluate the workflow with your own brand.
One-time eligibility
The trial is available once per eligible account; it is not restarted after expiry.
Report access
Use the trial to create a report and review its visibility, answer evidence, citations, and recommended actions.
Monitoring setup
Save your brand configuration, Topics, and Prompts so the next report can be compared fairly.
What happens when the trial ends
When the trial expires without an active paid membership, scheduled report generation and further monitoring stop. Your completed reports remain in the workspace, so you can still review the evidence and history you already generated.
Current monitoring limits
Limits are applied to each report run. The current product configuration uses the following caps.
| Access level | AI models | Prompts | Competitors |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard trial / Standard | 3 | 40 | 0 |
| Pro | 4 | 60 | 1 |
| Team / Max | 4 | 80 | 5 |
- Every setup has one owned main domain. Competitor slots are added by plans that include them.
- The report uses the plan cap at generation time. Extra saved Prompts do not increase the report beyond that cap.
- Profile regeneration is subject to the controls and availability shown in your workspace; follow the in-product status when you refresh a profile.
Managing your plan
Your workspace shows the access available to your account. When you move to a plan with competitor slots, add competitors from the project settings and include them in future monitoring.
