Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Geolity website and services provided by Geolity ("Geolity", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Geolity, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Geolity measures how visible a brand is across AI-powered search and answer engines and delivers a GEO Report with analysis and recommended actions. Reports are analytical and illustrative in nature.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be authorized to submit any brand or website details you enter.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are described on our pricing page. Fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms are presented at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful or infringing purpose.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
  • Submit data you do not have the right to use.

5. Intellectual property

Geolity and its content, software, and reports are owned by Geolityand protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use reports for your internal business purposes. You retain ownership of the inputs you provide.

6. No guarantee of results

GEO Reports are based on AI-engine outputs and data sources that change over time. We do not guarantee any particular ranking, citation, recommendation, or visibility outcome in any AI engine or search result. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Geolity will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to comply with legal obligations.

9. Governing law

10. Changes and contact
