Geolity measures how visible a brand is across AI-powered search and answer engines and delivers a GEO Report with analysis and recommended actions. Reports are analytical in nature; illustrative demo content may be shown separately from live Report Runs.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be authorized to submit any brand or website details you enter.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are described on our pricing page. Fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms are presented at checkout. Unless stated otherwise in our interim billing notice, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful or infringing purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Submit data you do not have the right to use.

6. Intellectual property

Geolity and its content, software, and reports are owned by FANLI SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use reports for your internal business purposes. You retain ownership of the inputs you provide.

7. No guarantee of results

GEO Reports are based on AI-engine outputs and data sources that change over time. We do not guarantee any particular ranking, citation, recommendation, or visibility outcome in any AI engine or search result. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FANLI SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to comply with legal obligations.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.

11. Changes and contact
