Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Plans covered

This Policy applies to paid plans shown on our pricing page, including the Standard Report and Pro Report plans. Prices, included AI model coverage, buyer-question limits, and competitor depth are displayed at checkout.

2. Paid plan fees

Standard Report and Pro Report fees are generally non-refundable. We do not offer automatic refunds, prorated refunds for unused days in a billing period, or refunds for partially used access in a billing period.

Seven-day unused exception (manual review): within seven (7) calendar days of plan activation, if your account has not completed any Report Run on that plan for the current billing period, you may submit a refund review request by email. Approved requests are processed manually and are not guaranteed. Once any Report Run has completed, or after the 7-day window ends, the fee for that billing period is non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

A Report Run is the asynchronous pipeline that generates a real GEO Report for your brand (as opposed to illustrative demo content). Scheduled daily refreshes count as Report Runs once executed.

3. Upgrades

If you upgrade from Standard to Pro during an active billing period, any upgrade credit applied at checkout reflects unused value from your current plan. Upgrade payments are treated as fees for the upgraded plan and follow the same refund rules in Section 2 for that billing period.

4. Cancellation and auto-renewal

Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled, unless stated otherwise at checkout. You may cancel ongoing subscription renewal at any time by contacting legal@geolity.ai.

Cancellation stops future recurring charges. Unless you qualify for a seven-day unused refund review under Section 2, or a refund is required by law, you will not receive a refund for the current billing period.

After cancellation, paid features remain available through the end of the current billing period unless your account is suspended for misuse, fraud, or policy violations.

5. Refund requests, chargebacks, and contact

Eligible members may submit a refund review request by emailing legal@geolity.ai within seven (7) days of plan activation while no Report Run has completed on that plan for the current billing period. Include your account email and the date of purchase. We typically respond within five (5) business days. Approval is at our discretion.

Please contact us before filing a chargeback or payment dispute. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.

6. Interim — one-time access (current billing)

Until subscription billing with automatic renewal is enabled, purchases are processed as one-time payments that grant access for thirty (30) days from activation. During this interim period:

• No automatic renewal applies; Section 4 cancellation-of-renewal rules do not apply until recurring billing launches.
• Access ends at the expiry time shown in your workspace billing area; repurchase manually if you wish to continue.
• The seven-day unused refund review in Section 2 still applies, using the same Report Run standard.
• Free GEO Snapshot access is not a paid plan and is not covered by this Policy.

7. Governing law

This Policy supplements our Terms of Service. Paid plans and orders are governed by the laws of Singapore, as described in the Terms. FANLI SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is the contracting entity for paid plans on Geolity.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when it was last revised. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance for future purchases. Material changes may require renewed consent at checkout.
